NATALIE BAUR

As President of NK Baur & Associates, Natalie Baur is a nationally recognized professional with over twenty-nine years of experience helping political campaigns, corporations and non-profit interests with fundraising, campaign finance management, federal and state election law compliance and special event planning.

Natalie has extensive experience in political campaign finance management including finance plan development, fundraising program management and donor relations.  Under her leadership as Finance Director for Senator Rob Portman, his campaign raised over $47 million. Natalie has also served as Finance Director for Congressmen Dave Joyce, Anthony Gonzalez, Bob Latta and Steve Chabot as well as U.S. Senate Candidates Matt Dolan and Jane Timken. She previously worked on the U.S. Senate campaign of Senator George Voinovich and Governor Mike DeWine’s 2018 gubernatorial campaign.

She has served as a fundraising consultant to the US Senate campaigns of Senators J.D. Vance, Mitch McConnell, Steve Daines, Dan Sullivan, Cory Gardner, Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, Joni Ernst, David Perdue, Kelly Loeffler and Martha McSally as well as to the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the Congressional Leadership Fund and the 2020 Georgia Battleground Fund. 

In addition to her expertise in the mechanics of campaign fundraising, she has over twenty years of experience with federal and Ohio election law and compliance management. She serves as Treasurer for six federal campaigns and five federal leadership PACs. She works with several corporate political action committees and has handled compliance for several ballot-issue initiatives.

Natalie has managed corporate sponsored events for the Ohio Delegation at six Republican National Conventions and the Ohio Inauguration celebrations of Presidents George W. Bush and Donald J. Trump. She has raised funds and executed major events in San Diego, Philadelphia, New York, Minneapolis, Tampa, Cleveland and Washington, DC.

Prior to founding NK Baur & Associates, Natalie served as Finance Director for the Ohio Republican Party and before that, Deputy Finance Director for DeWine for US Senate in 1994. She began her career in Dallas, Texas working for a leading fundraising firm. 

Natalie has served on the boards of the Junior League of Columbus and The Childhood League.  She is an active volunteer at St. Brigid of Kildare Parish.

Natalie graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She currently resides in Dublin, Ohio with her husband Jeff and their three children Barrett, Margaret and Elliott.

Emily joined NK Baur and Associates, Inc. in 2013.  With almost 10 years of experience, she manages fundraising planning and implementation for Cong. Bob Latta and runs our compliance consulting operation.  Originally from Dublin, OH, Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Miami University and lives in Delaware with her husband and three children Shepherd, Sawyer and Maeve.
